This beautiful house was built in 1930 on an imposing French-style street-corner with only the finest materials. It contains original oak woodwork, original vitreaux, lead work doors, and handcrafted frames and elements. This comfortable, discrete, luminous and elegant house is 260 sq meters, which is unusual due to its location within the trendy neighborhood of Palermo Soho. The location is very central, only a few blocks from the Palermo Parks, the Horse track, the Polo fields, public transportation, and the best restaurants and shops in Buenos Aires.

The current owner is a European designer, who for two years meticulously renovated and decorated the house, down to the very last detail. Bed queen size with headboard I design by echenike. Mixture of contemporary furniture and of the 40s. To the bottom fund great eye, symbol of the designer of the property. Soil of smoothed gray cement. Satiny walls.
